I was trying to use photoshop...do a sort of abstract thing alla speed painting... but then I just went into detail so there goes that idea. He's a ...very cartoony 10th Doctor (di Doctor Who the new series.) Not a true speed paint, but done in one sitting at least. I have way too much fun with floofy hair. |
